The best way to break the Ice with a female is to speak and compliment her. Say something about her fragrance or something she has on. As long as you sound like you know what your talking about, you'll get good results.

Im mostly attracted to a pretty face. I feel like everything else can be shaped/altered

The best place to meet someone is the grocery store. Women frequent there and with all the emphasis being on healthy eating these days, you can find many rare jewels in the grocery store while obtaining food.

Ideal first date is a Nice restaurant. It may seem cliche, but you can tell alot about a person by what they eat, and you can have a great conversation without it being too noisy or too quiet where one might disturb someone else.

Worst date experience Ive had was at a restaurant and my date was cutting her food, apparently she was not an expert cutter and the food flew off the plate and landed at someone else's table.
First night or wait: Definitely First night, because if you wait and then its not up to your standards you'll feel like you wasted X amount of time and money. The only con to this is usually first nighters wont be around long.
