(Washington, DC) – Several players from the National Basketball Association and National Football League participated in “Bowl for Haiti,” on Saturday August 7 to raise funds and awareness for the Center of Hope for Haiti. The event was presented by Former NBA player Laron Profit and Events by Illumine. The NBA’s Kevin Durant (Oklahoma City); Chris Paul (New Orleans); Andray Blatche (Washington); Richard Hamilton (Detroit); Baron Davis (LA Clippers), Chauncey Billups (Denver); Etan Thomas (Oklahoma City); Roger Mason (New York) along with the NFL’s Carlos Rogers (Washington) and Brian Westbrook (Philadelphia) attended the celebrity bowling match held at Lucky Strike Lanes in Washington, DC.
